From a young age Lance Desrouleaux had both a devote passion for music as well as giving back to his community. In his Summers as a youth, he spent his time volunteering in Haiti, one the poorest countries in the World.

Family members and friends alike would set up free temporary clinics in the various poor undeveloped cities. It is with these experiences that has helped shape Lance into the person that was unable to turn a blind eye to those that were living in harsh conditions.

Lance also known as DJ/Producer Enlighten, started making a name for himself in the music and entertainment industry. It was at this time, that he knew to give back and he went off to search for a non profit in his community that was involved with giving back by educating the youth.

“That is when I met Carlton Cartwright , founder of The Children’s Coalition . I was immediately impressed with his passion as well as what the Coalition was about. Soon thereafter I was invited to join the board and help them with fundraising strategies,” Lance states.

Raising money for the Children's Coalition was a priority. In the coming weeks, Lance will be hosting social events that would be catered around having a good time, but more importantly raising funds for the childrens coalition..

“Socialite by Night is my latest venture to do just that. We provide individuals with a night of Fine Dining and Fun Dancing all while giving back to the community,” said Lance.
